My Approach
I believe all human behavior has a function. These functions can be broken down into 6 categories:

6. Communication
Whether we are avoiding, seeking attention and connection, or attempting to gain control in an effort to soothe our disrupted system, we must learn to identify our own wants and needs.

I believe that true healing comes from understanding the root cause of your patterns. My approach is trauma-informed and behavioral based. My goal is to work to slow your nervous system, identify your maladaptive patterns, increase both internal and external peace while you learn to create new, healthy patterns.
I provide a safe and compassionate space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and patterns of behaviors. My goal is to empower you to live your best life, free from the weight of patterns that no longer serve you.
I have found great success in integrating several therapeutic interventions to target both the brain and body in measurable ways.
