2. Relational Therapy
Humans are wired to want emotional closeness with others.
When our formative years are filled with inconsistencies, chaos, and emotional neglect, it can change the way we think, behave and feel about relationships. It can change our ability to feel safe and secure within the context of relationships and connections.
Through a series of intentional therapeutic interventions derived from attachment-based theories, I assist you at understanding the functions of your own patterns of behaviors. We will learn together how these behaviors have impacted your relationships with others in the past, present and reframe them for the future.
If you feel insecure, avoidant or disorganized within the context of your relationship (romantic, professional, platonic, familial) I am here to help you understand these patterns.
If you would like to learn new ways of relating to others, I am here to support you. I am here to assist you in understanding how to move forward with intentional change.
